From the time I've started having their service at my apartment, it's always been really consistent with the occasional dip late at night. Good pricing, reliable, fast internet. I recently lost internet service when a tornado/ lightning storm came through and fried my router and they got it fixed the first business day. Chris and Eryn were really responsive and helpful in resolving the issue, I would highly recommend them.

The people who helped me were extremely gracious and knowlegable, but were ultimately unable to resolve the problem to my satisfaction because it was, seemingly, a combination of very specific conditions inherent to both Dojo’s network and the hardware and software I was using. It was a problem that simply could not be solved on their end, and was not their fault.

The worst WiFi I have ever used. Constantly losing signal strength. Unable to stream consistently or keep devices connected. Unreliable and unusable 30-40% of the time.

I live in a Mozart Management building in Pittsburgh, PA and I honestly cannot say enough horrible things about this wifi.

Firstly, my landlord company (Mozart Management) forced myself and all of their other tenants to pay for Dojo wifi. Not only is it the worst wifi I have ever used, but it is grossly expensive for the quality. Dojo is requiring us to pay $80 for garbage wifi that regularly goes out, surges, shuts off, and can’t support the simplest of things like streaming, Zoom, phone calls, and Spotify.

I have a been required to use this wifi service for 31 days now and every day I’ve had an issue. I have complained, emailed, and called Dojo and they have either not answered my emails or taken days to respond. When they do respond, they ask for photos or updates and then take a day or more to respond to that, whereby continuing to ignore me and postpone any support they can give.

There is no chat support like Verizon, Xfinity, Mint, or TMobile offer and so when you have issues - you will keep having issues because no one can fix or do anything. When talking on the phone, the answer is “this will be pushed to upper management and they will call you back today”…and no one calls you back.

Overall, this is the worst wifi company I have ever had the misfortune of using. I have requested refunds for the ridiculous $80 charge they are requiring and I will not be staying with Mozart Management any further.

Please increase communications to customers in these situations. I was very frustrated with the parity of contacts and the lack of substantive information in them. I know it’s be expensive, but, please.

By far the worst ISP I have ever had. If you see anywhere using Dojo internet run away as fast as you can. Clearly things are getting quick fixed while the root issue is ignored causing consistent issues over several years. Cox only had a handful of issues over ten years while Dojo goes out completely at least once a month. Ignore their weak attempts to discredit valid complaints.

OVER A MONTH OF NO USABLE WIFI, AND NO PLAN TO FIX IT
-had a job interview cut out in the middle of it.
-Have to go to friend's house just to do schoolwork
-Can not play video game/ or watch any streaming services
-Ignored and neglected by customer service
-WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

To start my landlord company (Mozart Management) forced myself and all of their other tenants to pay for Dojo Wi-Fi. Dojo said they will shut down any other Wi-Fi router Aswell.

The first moment I was Forced to switch to this Wi-Fi I had many problems with it. It did not reach my room for connection. I cannot watch a YouTube video, game, or even get any of my schoolwork none.

I have contacted about my issues, and at first, they were trying to be helpful, but nothing was fixing my Wi-Fi.

They sent in a technician help resolve the issues witch I was informed there was nothing he could do, so he took pictures and said they will come up with a plan to help solve my issues

I was hopeful for a new plan and to get my problems fixed. But I didn't get responded to for Mutiple days. They ghosted me.

I made many phone calls and email with no real response.

Mutiple days came by, and they apologized, and they said pictures that were taking did not give a proper idea of the floor plan, so there is nothing they can do.

I called my landlord company to obtain a layout of a floorplan and got it in less than a minute.

DOJO was so lazy they could not contact anyone to get necessary information to help fix my problem, so the choose to do nothing, and after I sent it to them, they did nothing.

In been calling and emailing DOJO many days a week to help fix my problem I either get no response or I am told my information has been sent up to higher support.

I asked for higher support number so I can ask them for more information, and I was told they do not have a number and they will reach out to you.

DOJO has treated me like I am a little kid they have never reached out to me, and the "higher support" has none nothing and never called.

Every time I call or email, I am just told the "Higher support" knows and will reach out (They never do).

I am still at standstill with no usable Wi-Fi for over a month and no plan to fix it. This is the worse company and customer experience I ever had to deal with. This is the first time I ever had to leave a bad review for a company, and I feel awful doing it, but I do not know what else to do.
